Welcome to Stylio! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our app and services. By creating an account or using Stylio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who Can Use Stylio

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Stylio.

2. Your Stylio Account

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your password confidential and secure. If you believe your account's security has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

3. Acceptable Use of the Service

You agree not to use Stylio to:

• Post or share content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or pornographic.
• Violate any intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark. Do not post content you do not own or have permission to use.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with them.
• Transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious software.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

4. Content and Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you post on Stylio (your "User Content"), such as images and comments.

However, to operate the service, you grant Stylio Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content. This license is for the limited purpose of operating, developing, and promoting the Stylio app. This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account.

5. Our Service

The Stylio app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. While we strive to provide a great service, we cannot guarantee it will always be secure, error-free, or available. We may also add, change, or remove features at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STYLIO INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Termination

You are free to stop using our services and can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you are in breach of these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a change that we believe materially affects your rights, we will notify you through the app or by other means. Continued use of Stylio after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
