• Google (Firebase & Google Analytics): We use Google's services for our app's backend infrastructure (e.g., authentication, database) and for analytics. Google acts as our data processor and its use of information is governed by its own privacy policies. We only share information necessary for these services to function.
• Other Users: Your profile information and any content you post publicly (like photos and comments) will be visible to other users of Stylio.
• Legal & Safety Reasons: We may disclose information if we believe it's required to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Stylio, our users, or the public.

4. Your Rights and Choices

You have control over your personal information. Here are your rights:

• Access and Update: You can review and change your account information at any time through your profile settings in the app.
• Push Notifications: You can disable push notifications at any time through your mobile device's settings menu.
• Data Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. To do so, please email your request to our privacy team at privacy@trystylio.com. We will take reasonable steps to delete your information in accordance with applicable law.
• Revoking Consent: You can revoke your consent to our collection and processing of your data at any time by deleting your account through the app's settings. This will remove your profile and content from public view and begin the data deletion process.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. When you delete your account or request data deletion, we will take steps to delete your information from our active systems. Please note that we may retain some information for a limited period if required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.

Our service is built using the following key technologies that process data on our behalf:

• Firebase (by Google): Provides our backend services, including authentication, database, and push notifications.
• Google Analytics for Firebase: Provides analytics services to help us understand app usage.

Stylio is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have, we will take steps to delete that information.
